iPhone 6s Rumors and Speculations - Apple SIM, 2 GB RAM & Force Touch?

It's safe to say that iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is still 6 to 7 months away from becoming obsolete, however there are few rumors and speculations surfacing the web that may well worth be taking a detail look at. iPhone 6s will be retaining iPhone 6 hardware and design however there will be couple of major changes that might differentiate it from the current iPhone 6.

First of all, the all new Apple SIM. For those still unaware, iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 Cellular version come with Apple SIM, which the user then can configure with his or her preferred cellular network, like AT&T, Sprint etc. We may get this SIM with iPhone 6s as well. Secondly, we should be getting 2 GB RAM with the iPhone 6s, since iPad Air 2 comes with 2 GB RAM and not to mention, after iOS 8 launch things are starting to get a bit unstable and 1 GB RAM seems a bit too less even while browsing or multi-tasking.

Lastly, iPhone 6s can come with Force Touch, which in simple terms allows the software to recognise the force with me the user tapped the screen, hence making the overall user experience much better and versatile. Force Touch comes with Apple Watch, and according to Apple, it is the best thing to happen after multi-touch.

So these are some iPhone 6S rumors and speculations. What do you think about iPhone 6s?
