Now, there are thousands of widgets that you can download and use, however, in this article we will take a look at 5 widgets that I use on a daily basis.
Weather Channel Widget:

Launcher:
This widget is just absolutely brilliant as it increases the rate of your workflow. Launcher essentially allows you to launch apps directly from the notification centre. When you download the app, it first allows you set which apps you wish to launch from the notification centre. One thing to take note of is that not all apps can be launched from the notification, however, most of the apps should be compatible with this widget. For example, I can launch Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, Spotify, and Youtube directly from the notification centre and it even works from the lockscreen. This is a must have widget. You can get this app for free, however, there is a pro-version available as well.

Clear:
The best todo app. Period. It's simple, quick and quite to-do-ish, if that makes any sense. It's a gesture based app and works phenomenally well. The widget for this is also quite simple and elegant. Though I use this widget a ton, however, one downside to this widget is that in order to make your new task to show up on the notification centre, you need to set a specific date and time for it, essentially turning the task into reminder. Even though it makes sense, however, Clear is more of a todo app than a reminder app and I think they should allow us to select a specific list which should always show up in the notification centre. Essentially, when we make a new task in that list, it should show up in the NC.
This is the only downside to this app/widget. Other than this, I love this app and use it a lot.

Clips:
In iOS, you can't copy different pieces of text and somehow save them in the clipboard, and later, paste it in a different app.Well this is about to change because now there is a way to access your clipboard history. This widget brings clipboard management to iOS. Basically, when you copy text, that text is shown in the widget and you have the option to add it. Once added, it's saved. Then you can copy the next sentence or paragraph, and again it will show up in the Clips widget in NC. Again, you can save it, ready to be used to later. Now, you have the access to all text that you copied in Notification Centre, and you can paste the text where ever you want. It is probably the best Clipboard management app on iOS.

Lastly, we will talk about a Sports Widget!
ESPN
I love football, and ESPN is the best widget to keep up to date with the upcoming fixtures and current scores. Currently, due to Cricket World Cup, I am using ICC's own official Cricket World Cup app and it has a very decent widget as well.

Hope you guys enjoyed this article and found it helpful. Make sure you download these and make your notification centre a lot more exciting and interesting.
