Pull to refresh webpages with SafariRefresh | iOS 8 Compatible Tweak

This is a pretty simple tweak and is available for free. SafariRefresh allows users to refresh webpages just by pulling the webpage down! It's doesn't get simpler than that. This is quite useful for large screen devices like iPhone 6 and 6 Plus as well as iPads!
