As reported earlier today, Pangu has just released the 0.4 untethered update which will essentially fix Safari from crashing while being used. This issue was primarily seen on 32 bit devices, that includes, iPad Mini, iPad 3/4 and iPhone 4s/5.Even if you are on a 64 bit device, we still recommend you to update as its always great to be on the latest firmware.
Upon using it after updating, Safari seems to work fine with no issues at all. No matter how many tabs you open, it doesn't crash which is a good sign!
Head over to Cydia, go to Changes and wait for the page to reload. Then you will see the update, hit install and you are good to go!
